Annual Security Report – Cleary Act
This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Kenneth Shuler’s School of Cosmetology, Inc.; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, and other matters.

Student Rights Under Family Education Right to Privacy Act (FERPA)
FERPA gives each student the right to access their files as well as provides information on who else can have access to his/her files.  A form is also provided for the student to give consent to release certain information from their files to individuals.  The consent must be completed each time information is to be released.  The school does not publish a student directory of information.
