Last week, it felt like Christmas in July at the corporate office!  That's because a HUGE box of hair feathers was delivered (these will soon be distributed to our seven campuses, if they're not already there!)...and every woman in the office was digging through the box checking them out.  At first, I admit that I was a little bit hesitant about taking part in this trend.  (All I could envision was my hair looking like a bird had somehow managed to make a nest in it...and lose a few feathers in the process!)  Now that I've actually seen the hair accessories in person, though, I'm pretty sure I'll soon be rocking some feathers myself!

The feathers come in an array of colors (pink, turquoise, purple, white, brown and green...just to name a few!) and actually can look pretty natural when placed in the hair.  Of course, if you're looking for something a little bit wilder, these accessories are perfect because they're easy to put in and easy to take out.  And, much to my surprise, they can last a long time and can even be washed, dried, and styled...just like the rest of your hair!  As the old saying goes...'Who would have thunk it?'.
